Super sketches.

In English, "Turn the coin" is an injunction, an order to commit an action. If you mean to refer to chance, English renders that as "Turn of the coin" or "The turn of the coin".

That "grassshopper" is shiver-making, quite alien.

Ha ha.. A friend of mine got the photograph of the grasshopper and he took the photograph at the macro mode, so you can see each and every detail of this grasshopper. I don't like insects anyway.. but this one is a bit too much eh?? It is!!

Thanks . the cat's eyes is the realistic part of the sketch. The rest are a bit more "abstract"..

Tonight I blew your cat up big on my screen to show my wife, and really saw the pastel-like quality of it. Very nice dry-brushing, Alitogata.

It is the paper of my Neohart sketchbook. It is CP and I assume that this is the reason why the colours look this way.

Great animals! You're getting better all the time. Your overall composition is strong, especially the cat.

Back from outer space.. :)
How are you doing here? I was ill for quite long and I couldn't paint neither sketch but now I'm feeling better and here is my new stuff.

At this sketch ( that is quite small) I draw the cat with dip pen and ink and then I added the watercolours.

And here is another one that I made with the same way. ( dip pen and ink and watercolours). This was a bit more free style.

Sorry to hear you were sick, Alitogata; I hope you're better now.

Love your sketches, all of them, but the poncey pink teacup must be a favourite for its delicate touch and for the so-right texture of the paper matching the subject so well. Super!
